Prenuptial agreements are especially wise when there is a disparity of assets or income between the bride and groom or when both members of the couple need asset protection. If you own a business, have inherited assets from your family or want to ensure that your children eventually inherit your assets, it is important to discuss a prenuptial agreement with an attorney.
